Refund Policy

Failed jobs

If any part of a rewriting job fails, the credits for that part are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Credit packs

You can request a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits from that pack have been used. Once credits from a pack have been used, that purchase is non-refundable.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. We do not give partial refunds for unused time. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not used any of that period’s credits, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

Your statutory rights

If you live in a country that gives consumers a right to withdraw from digital-service purchases, you agree that the Service starts immediately when you buy credits, and that the right of withdrawal ends once you begin using them. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory law.

How to request a refund

Email [contactEmail] from the address on your account with the date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
